Thank you so much for starting up the blog again. My purpose for this post is to ask all residents to read the February 2012 newsletter. I
submitted a report to the Board outlining 3 additional street lights for
Tower Oaks. The locations are: Foxburo @ Iberia / Foxburo @
Glenora-near the curve / Glenora @ Mile. These 3 locations were chosen
because of the large volume of traffic on Foxburo and Mile. Of the
lights already functioning, 3 will be adjusted by Centerpoint so that
they will face the intersection, rather than facing just one street. I
am hoping that the residents of Mile, Foxburo and Iberia are active in
pledging their support for this project. If we are able to reach our
goal, then installation of the lights should begin later this summer. I
would like to hear from all
residents, if they have other areas of Tower Oaks that should be considered.

Maureen - Thanks for taking the time and effort to do this groundwork and research. Street lights has been a concern for a while, and hopefully we can come together with individual donations to defer the cost.

ReplyDeleteHi Becky - Tower Oaks Meadows is an entirely separate subdivision, and is not connected with the Tower Oaks Civic Club.
